Nearly 90% of job seekers using CareerBuilder.com are college educated and nearly 25% of its job-seeking audience is considered diverse*.

Diversity Recruiting Made Easier

Advertising jobs on CareerBuilder.com helps hiring departments attract minority and female job seekers, thereby diversifying applicant pools and providing hiring managers with a larger number of qualified applicants. Employment opportunities advertised on CareerBuilder.com automatically appear on information and job sites where diverse job seekers search for positions, such as Diversity Business.com, Hispanic Today, N’Digo, Women's Wall Street.com, as well as others. If you are hiring for a position which falls into one of the University’s underutilized job groups, advertising on CareerBuilder.com will help you meet your required outreach efforts.
