HR Managers User Site
- UHRM Staff Links for HR Managers. All of the links that were formerly located at the bottom of the UChicago Jobs webpage under UHRM Staff, can now be found on the Employment Resources for HR Administrators webpage.
- Posting Details Subtitles. For each requisition, under the section of posting details, the subtitles on this page have been colored coded to indicate which fields can be seen by applicants on the Applicant User Site. Information listed in these fields should be as detailed as possible as this is the only information applicants will have access to when applying for positions.
- EEO Reports. Two reports have been created EEO Report - Referred to HR Admin and EEO Report - Referred to Hiring Manager. Both of these reports will yield the aggregate data for sex and race of applicants that either pass through the Referred to HR Admin or Referred to Hiring Manager statuses.
Applicant User Site
- Job Seeker Contact Information. The city, state and zip code fields have been changed from limited number formatting to text fields to allow residents outside of the United States to enter in their residential contact information that may contain letters and numbers.
