HR Managers User Site
- Incomplete Documents. The option of choosing incomplete documents has been removed from the hiring steps list for HR Administrators. This option is no longer necessary as applicants are now required to attach specific documents before they can complete the applications process.
- Labor Pool. A drop down field labeled "Is this posting for purposes of testing the labor pool?" has been added for the purpose of testing the labor pool per Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) requirements when employee's apply for their citizenship through the University of Chicago.
