EEO Report - Referred to HR Admin and EEO Report - Referred to Hiring Manager. The following reports have been added to the top of the page for each requisition housed in UChicago Jobs for convenient access to the applicant pool's demographic data. These reports will assist in analyzing if additional efforts must be taken to ensure that our applicant pools represent availability in the recruitment region.

E/LR Review. If a position falls under the L743 bargaining agreement, it will need to be reviewed by Employee Labor Relations. After a requisition has passed through Employment Review, it will then be forwarded along to E/LR Review for an E/LR representative to determine if a layoff qualifies for the position before it is posted externally.

Vacancy/New/Reclass Column. For requisitions in pending statuses (i.e. saved, employment review, compensation review, etc.) that fall under the Submitted for Approval tab, a column has been added to identify whether the position is a vacancy, new position or reclassification.

Closing Report-For Department Use Only. The following closing report has been created for departments that wish to print a copy to include with their search files and/or internal personnel folders. This closing report is marked as "For Department Use Only." It is not required for departments to send the report along with new hire paperwork to the Records Department.
